Shipping & Fulfillment
Please allow 2-3 business days for order fulfillment. All orders are shipped standard ground unless otherwise stated. Signature delivery is available for an upgraded charge. Expedited shipping must be added at checkout, as we may not be able to upgrade shipping speeds after an order is placed. Please note orders with expedited shipping may take up to 48 hours to be fulfilled.
We hope you love your order, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for any reason, for FREE. You may return for store credit, or a refund back to the original payment method. Please click here to start the returns process. If you have received a defective or damaged product, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, without stains or odors.
- All tags must be attached, including Thread + Vine tags.
- Shoes must be free of wear or scuffs, with box in good condition.
Please note if shipping was paid at the time of your original order, you will not be refunded for this amount if merchandise is returned. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.
